When you confirm a job for Restorative Solutions, we will contact the insured within 30 minutes to arrange an inspection. Our restoration technicians can arrive on site within four hours of confirmation or anytime specified by the claimant.
To keep channels of communication wide open and fast, we have developed an electronic reporting system. An estimation of cost with a detailed scope of works and expected start/finish times will be presented inside 12 hours of inspection. Authorization, completion certificates and invoices will be produced within forty-eight hours of job completion.
