FOR SOLICITORS AND REFERRERS
A clear referral pathway.
We accept referrals from solicitors and other professionals seeking restorative justice, structured accountability work or mediation for their clients.
You are welcome to contact us before making a formal referral to discuss whether a particular matter may be suitable.
Restorative Justice Complete Process - $2000
Includes individual preparation, conference facilitation, agreement development, monitoring and closing reports
Individual Accountability Program
5 individual sessions - $1000
A separate structured program for people who would benefit from more intensive individual work around responsibility, impact and behavioural change.
Mediation and Family Dispute Resolution (FDR)-
FDR - $2500
Includes individual preparation, 3 hour co facilitated mediation and development of agreements. Other mediation matters quoted according to the complexity of the dispute

Restorative Solutions was established to provide thought and professionally facilitated ways of responding to conflict and harm. Our work draws on extensive experience in psychology, law, mediation, family dispute resolution and trauma - informed practice. We understand that the people who come to us are often dealing with difficult circumstances. Our role is to provide a process that is clear, respectful and appropriately challenging while ensuring safety remains central. Where appropriate, matters may be facilitated by two experienced practitioners, providing additional support and oversight in complex or sensitive matters.
