Melissa Langsford

Melissa is a registered Psychologist, admitted Solicitor, Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, National Mediator, RJ Convenor and certified Brain Based Coach.  She has been working as a nationally accredited and family mediator or counsellor for families, victims, defendants, colleagues, neighbours and the community for over 20 years.  She recognises that we all experience internal and or external conflict at times and how we respond can be varied but we all have the ability to make small changes that can have an extraordinary impact on our lives, our children and those around us.

Andrew Robinson

Andrew is a nationally accredited mediator with over 20 years’ experience in restorative practice across Australia and New Zealand. He has supported thousands of people affected by crime, misconduct, and trauma, and is recognised for his calm, compassionate approach. Andrew is also an experienced trainer and consultant, contributing to social programs addressing domestic and sexual violence, homelessness, and community wellbeing. His work focuses on repairing harm, strengthening relationships, and guiding people toward constructive futures.

Ron Uphill

Ron is a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, Nationally Accredited Mediator, Child Protection Conferencing Convenor, Restorative Justice Convenor and Certified Brain Based Coach.  His previously worked in contract negotiations, operational business change and customer service and has been delivering community based services for over 25 years.

His philosophy is to help people cross the tightrope of despair and arrive safely on the ground of hope.
